This is a hybrid position combining direct customer support with systems and network administration. The ideal candidate is expected to have excellent written and oral communications skills; and a proven track record delivering excellent customer service. The ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization is essential. A critical skill will be the ability to balance the short-term requirements of customer support with the longer-term requirements of systems administration. Due to the complex nature of the technical environment, an eagerness to learn new things is essential.
